Hình thức chi trả BHXH cho người thất nghiệp

Công ty tôi thuộc Công ty cổ phần. Nay Nhà nước ra quyết định chi trả BHXH cho người thất nghiệp, vậy tôi xin hỏi hình thức chi trả như thế nào đối với người lao động?

 Bảo hiểm xã hội thất nghiệp mới có hiệu lực áp dụng từ 1/1/2009. Tức l à kể từ
1/1/2009, người lao động và người sử dụng lao động mới bắt đầu đóng BHXH. Do vậy, phải đến 1/1/2010 (sau một năm) người lao động mới được thanh toán chế độ BHXH thất nghiệp./.
